Yes, thanks a lot for buying it, Len was coming down to the wire as far as getting the money for his new car on time...I was starting to think he was gonna loose it! This is the 5th car I have sold going out of country...the thing I like about it is you guys do not mess around! Every one I have sold have been pretty easy as far as the buying end goes! No dragging feet or waiting days on end to respond to emails. I guess if you want to buy a car from another country you gotta be serious Thanks again!
Its a beautiful car - I wonder if you could get it out here in time to drive it down to the Chopped run???
I love Lenny's humpback and I'm sad to see it go down under, but I can't wait to see what he builds next. Here's a few more shots of Lenny's '36 I've taken over the years.
Beautiful 36!..Love these early cars.. If anyone is looking for one, there is one near me in NJ..Sitting indoors since 68' and is RUST FREE..All stock and original, motor turns, has great compression..The owner wants 9k for it..
Dago im in western syd, and hopefully if all goes well i should have it before mid july. fingers crossed. not sure about the chopped run, but will definately try for Valla. havent been there since i was a kid. my old man doesnt even know im buying this. should spin him out. hes an old well known rodder. unnamed for now. lol
i never paid much thought to 36s till i stumbled on the deal of a life time on my current rod. It really grew on me quick, drove it stock for a little, then messed with the flat head before pulling the car down. Its running a 455 pontiac now and is a lot of fun to drive! looks rough i guess but has attitude! great hot rods!
Well, after alot of hustle and bustle the car is finally on the boat, now the waiting game, then straight to the weigh bridge and off to the motor registry. Then to put a few miles on it. Will put a few pics up when I have it.
