A friend who has limited vision asked if I could help him swap an original flathead with a modified triple carb one in a 49 custom Ford he recently bought. It took a couple days but I was able to get the job done. Oh, did I mention the 49 Ford was a Franklin Mint Diecast that someone had modified. A fun project on an East Coast snowy day.
Always been a Disney fan since living in California in the 50's. My diecast collection includes some of my favorite characters.
Video of an amazing and creative young man with a fairly large diecast collection. Enjoy https://mvotd.com/meet-anthony-shmi...3acd.html?mc_cid=3fded85296&mc_eid=dc52aca8fb
Made an attempt to copy my ongoing project 33 Plymouth convertible. No Plymouth die cast so I modified a ford convertible my buddy gave me. Needs some more grille work but all in all not bad for my lane efforts
Looking for a little help here. I rescued a damaged Tru Scale #223 Firetruck last winter. On a recent trip to Michigan I stopped to get parts for a few toys I had been working on and was unable to find the GMC grille/bumper I need to complete this truck. Does anyone have a parts truck or know where I can get the missing parts?
