Drove the coupe and the sedan.
John, I heard you trades the 39 coupe for a 34 sedan, where's the pictures? HRP
I did trade but i have to change the wheels before I show it.
I had my Ford out after work on Friday, to the gym and food shopping. General tearing around the 'hood on Saturday afternoon. Sunday was a tad on the soggy side.
No , it was snowing
We haven't seen any snow this year, just more than our share of rain until this morning, we had snow flurries this morning, in April yet! HRP
Yes I did, and it was fun.
Picking up a few things at Wally-world with the 34.
Rocky, I know your trying to wear that car out, have fun my friend. HRP
You're a brave man leaving it next to the cart corral at Wally world

I did. The roadster even.
I got it out to take my daughters annual birthday photos.
I go to physical therapy on Tuesday and Thursday. My Therapist has a chopped '28 A Sedan with a 302. I try to drive a different hot rod each visit plus a bunch of us T Bums meet every Saturday for coffee and pastries or breakfast so I drive an oldie then too. Yesterday it was raining so hard I drove the O/T GMC Duramax .
Yep - drove the new ride over to jacksandeuces ....
Had a great day!
Too many chuck holes, sand & gravel after the record winter temps & snow fall...……...
Had Project 40 out and about all weekend. We’ve had great weather out in So-Cal lately!
Looks a lot like Jerry Morelands 40 sedan...nice!
Rocky, it is indeed Jerry Moreland’s 40 sedan. We just got it back together and back on the street again. It’s been out of sight for many years. Moreland helped us a bunch in getting everything back to the way it was.
No. I have three classic rods and I did not drive one of them...because I couldn't. One is getting a fresh big block. Another is apart for a front suspension rebuild. The third is suddenly giving me a misfire.
This is a first for me...not being able to take at least one of them out for a ride to go anywhere I want....
I drove the '59 Ford all winter, didn't even bother putting the trickle charger on it. Gotta put on my game face on those close to zero days, but it is worth it.
No but I put both batteries in and fired up both hot rods. It is supposed to rain today and maybe wash the salt off the roads!
Drove out to look at another car Monday, 270 mile round trip. She drove and bitched. I only wound up with one black eye and no Deuce.
Did 3 Cruise -In's and the weather was great.
Getting a exhaust put in count?
It was nice enough so I could go out in the shop and work on them. Does that count? lol Larry
Drove this one to the weekly car thing.
Mine is a total beater and gets used whenever the weather is halfway decent as it was yesterday. So...off to get some fast food and do a few errands. Nothing special, just stuff...
The only car at the beach today.
In short no. My carbs have never been rebuilt in all the years I've had the hemi (22)years so I kinda thought that might be the thing to do. Off to the right guy 3 weeks ago, ( local speed shop, with great guys). Couple a days and the guy Steve doing the thing calls and says, ("gonna cost as much to overhaul these as buying the new dual quad Edelbrock set up. After going down and checking this out he is right. So I orders them and they ain't here as of today. Not the shops fault though. Ya always pays your money and takes your chances when comes to Edelbrock orders, as I have it on good authority.
Must be coming by carrier pigeon and its a real long flight from So .Cal. to Seattle.
OMG what a jewel, so damned kool. What's it look like from the front ?
