The main phone service cable to the area surrounding the store has been compromised by the ice storm this week. The phone company has had to replace the main supply cable due to the deterioration and has indicated that it may take until Monday 3/14 before phone service is restored. typical phone company repair service BS. call the public sevice department and complain to them. tell them you can't run your business without phone service. there used to be a time when if someone lost service they would have people out at night fixing lines and putting people back inservice. business customers used to be a priority. keep calling the public service (state level) until its fixed. good luck
