    Hi & welcome. That 38 Texaco Tanker should make a cool ride. What part of the country are you located?
    I remember when WW2 ended my Dad had a Service Station & Garage and as the new model trucks quickly were becoming avalible he began to buy up the used pre war Diamond T's & trailers and started a trucking company. Got a contract with the State hauling about everything roadbuilding for all the Louisiana Hwy upgrades that had been put off during the War.
    I spent many a weekend and summer riding with him when I was a young un.
    Those old Diamond T's would shake, rattle & roll but they still got many loads down the road.
