I love this picture! The car is awesome and its "waiting" place is so cool. It just looks like it wants to blast out of there and go go go!!!

    Thanks NashRobMan.
It's at my parents town house complex. The buildings are done partially of brick and have a neat feel to them. She is sitting in the visitor parking stall

32 Ford car shell,is super nice smooth art with a little aero n super style, just the best hotrod grill...I could not get one and the next best thing was to used a grill the body came with in my case a 28"A". Only about 1% of custom grills work design wise on hotrods,it is really hard to make 4headlights work etc. But the things that mess up my eyes the most on a 50/60s style hotrods now,is using the headlights that we all put in the trashcan when I started building rods in the 50s,big heavy ugly poorly working old things that by far most hot rodders thought of as junk, vs any good small bucket 7in. seal beams that worked well an looked racey n lite. With out the right headlight set up,even 32 grill looks lonely. It is kind of trendy now days to use big clunky headlights, lucky for those that like them,in too days world they can be up dated or got new repo. so the beam when turned on dose not just fall on the road 6in. in front of the bumper . LOL

  14. I've been on the hunt for an original but can't make myself come up with the premium folks are asking/getting for one these days.

This what makes this thread intresting . Creative and gets the mind going. Regular 32 shells always look right but are like pizzas, you see one you have seen them all

Just saying being creative catches my eye personally than same old same old. Just me:p

  22. First one I found in a pasture. Second grille belongs to the 32 sedan in last picture (Its peaked with inset grille and bottom shortened to remove the crank hole). 3rd picture shows a Canadian 28/9 which used black porcelain script. And last one is the 32 sedanthat I'm gonna et started at soon.

That is because this thread is literally about 32 shells on 32's and Model A's so you really won't see any here unless you have misinterpreted the topic.

I do disagree that nobody uses A Shells. It may be leaning towards the 32 but by no means are A Shell's going away.

A Shells will also continue to be a part of the Traditional Hotrod experience...
    in perpetuity...;)

My 29 being one of them.

No need @egads...I sometimes miss the jokes...The 30 Coupe I sold was gonna have one but my direction changed (It will actually still wear a Deuce shell through the new owner). I enjoy all of Henry's offerings...Enjoy your Acey Deucy...;)...Do your side hood panels have Louvers?
