Thanks for taking the time to do this, great pics!
I saw your Vette but didn't see the show sign/owner info the 1st time. I thought "...Jim Dillon would like this one..." so I guess I was right. Saw it the 2nd time and your name on it. WTF, right? A couple times I tried to look you up but we know how 'Rama is. So fast forward to loading on the trailer, some asshole was blowing the horn at you as he passed by on Fort St. That was me. Hope you had a good time.
Great photos. Thank you.
Thanks for bringing the show to those who couldn't attend, your photos are outstanding.
Thanks a million. Great cars and pics. Tell Denise the HAMB says " Hi, and would it kill you to check in once a year?"
Highlander I had a good time but as you know four days can be brutal. It was a good show for sure all in all. Sorry I missed you. Ran into a couple of HAMBers but I did not sit next to my car most of the time as I wanted to BS, tell lies and look at cars.
As you know loading after the show is tons of fun. I came down with my car club (8 of us) and we had three trailers together in the same block and no place to put our cars. We drove our cars on the sidewalk and loaded them one by one, moving the trailers back and then forward etc. It was a bit of a cluster you know what. I heard a couple of people honking including some other guys I knew. As I said sorry I missed you. I had a pretty good time and hope you did as well.
Thanks for sharing these great photos, lots of good stuff there. Think the low '37 is killer.
Thanks for posting all of the pics. I enjoyed the side trips also. After looking at several postings from different people I am wondering if the attendance was a little low at this show or did you take pictures at an early or late hour of the show to avoid the crowds?
I was there on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, so probably not the height of the busiest times. It was pretty crowded when I left around noon on Saturday.
Thanks for the feedback. Here is more of the Heritage Center.
Great photos- moved away from area- moved further north so seems like weather is always a factor in our going-
Great show and always is. thanks for posting the cool pictures. Man you guys have it made, enjoy it . We here in Denver lost our big in door show and we all here miss it.
great pics,thanks Carl
I enjoyed the tour! Great shots, thank you for taking the time to post this!!
Thanks for sharing the pics of Autorama and the Heritage Museum. I was lucky enough to go there. Its a GM jewel.
HOLY CRAP! Is this the original GM built aluminum sb Vega that Hot Rod tested??
George, I don't know anything about that Vega.
This is the only other picture I have with it and it probably doesn't help.
Colour looks like it, but the stripe isn't there, that doesn't mean much. Was it part of a display of factory GM "dream" cars? Pretty historically significant car, if it is. Factory built all aluminum 302!
Great pics,Thanks for sharing...
Just like being there. Thanks
thanx for taking me to this event, great images!
Great Pictures, thanks for sharing!
Holy mama that yellow paint is crazy nice!!!!
thanks pics # 1
Thanks for the treat !
A lot of killer shots, Thank you for posting
A long time ago I was shown a factory V8 Vega at a swap meet. The guy offered it as a trade on something I was selling. He had paper to prove it was a GM build, wasn't all aluminum, iron block/heads, aluminum intake, 71 LT1 variant. It was that bronze-brown color of the time. He wanted my car and cash and I wasn't that fired up over it, but it was kool.
Great that we can cyber visit.
