Great time, great people, lots of great ideas. I really liked the 61 Chevy 2dr Wagon conversion.

  7. Did the '61 wagon begin life as a bubble-top coupe?

I've never been to Autorama but it looks like you bring your chair and pop a squat next to your ride? Looks like an indoor cruise in...and lots of fun. Thank you for the pictures!

    Here's a few more:
    F6GarageRat's 61 International.
John Climo's 49 Ford that him & his dad built in the early 50s. 1st time out since 61.
    Mike Lavois' V8-60 Crosley.
    Ed Tillrock Jr's kickazz Dodge.
    Bill Gahnal's latest recreation.
The cars that Craig, Moray, & I raced at TROG last fall.
The 1963 Mold-a-rama we had in the Singlefinger display.

Would love to see Traditional Kustoms do a story on that 49.. Was it ever in any of the little pages books in the 50's?

It was in a s***load of little books back in the day. It was shown in black for a while.

Stay tuned for a Hop Up article on this beauty! We were taking some pics on Sunday before Autorama opened with Dan from Hop Up to do some teasers. Climo's car is singular & remarkable with all the trick mods that were done to it. A 49 convert that was channeled, sectioned, chopped & loaded with a hot Olds drivetrain.
