After nearly 10 years of little activity, I have once again began building my little all steel cars. There really is no specific scale to which they are built, but they are pretty much in proportion to themselves. These are hand built and hand formed from existing metal on hand, no two are alike. Because they are hand built, one should expect imperfections. These are all steel, with no non-steel parts, and they do not roll, and they are delivered in bare steel. Each Desk Top Art Work comes with and identification tag welded to it, with the model number, date it as built, and my name. They also come with a certificate of authenticity. Most models take between 15 and 20 hours to complete. I can custom build one for you, from pictures you provide. I prefer to build models of the 30s, - mid 50s. Each model is an artist rendition of the car or truck. Details smaller then 2" tend to get lost in the size of the Art Work. If your interested in having me build a Desk Top Art Work for you, please PM me here and we will discus the details. Desk Top Art Work # 128 is an early 40s COE tilt bed. It features a lift off cab to show the turbocharged inline motor on a detailed chassis, with an attached tilting bed. It measures 15" long, is 5 1/2" wide, and is about 4 3/4" high with the bed resting on the frame. The bed has a flat surface of 10" long between he "winch" and the end, and is 5" wide between the rails. The rails are bout 5/8" above the bed surface. There is an attached prop rod that will hold the bed in the upright position if desired. The price of Desk Top Art Work #128 is $250 plus shipping. I will box it up and get a shipping quote to your address. The last 2 pictures show the truck with Art Work #127 on and behind the bed. Art Work #127 is shown for reference purposes and is not included with Art Work #128. It is available to purchase for an additional $125 + shipping. Payment options: Personal check or postal money order. I'd have to set up a Pay Pal account if you have to do it that way, + Pay Pal fees. Gene
