denver colorado last chance cruise

This is to anyone in colorado, mainly in denver

I just wanted to see if anyone would like to do a cruise this coming weekend before it gets to cold and all the white stuff is on the ground


anyone would be welcome.

people with there daily drivers that just want to hang out.

Where we meetin' & where we goin?

 

Well i was thinking we could all meet up somewhere around denver about 9 or 10 ish and do a run to the foothills or maybe just up to golden at a diner or something....


just trying to get the wheels turning on this....

any input/ideas would help.

 

Saturday or Sunday?

 

Looks like Sunday might be better weather wise. I may be up for it; I am in the north side of town, so I could probably hook up with you somewhere along the way.

 

i would say sunday for the better weather!

 

Sunday? West Denver? Golden? I can sure make it. Buffalo Bar,Idaho Springs? Buffalo Rose, Golden? Lots of places to check out, too bad that Sams on lookout mtn is history. The parking lot at Applebees west Colfax has a lot of room.

 

hummmmmm i got a idea if you guys want to have a starting point for the am

i would say some ware around 285 and i25 what do you guys think? that way the guys from the south could meet up from co springs and roll out from there

maybe dave and busters parking lot off colorado and i25?

I drove down to Colo. Springs yesterday and Parker Road has just been repaved. Very smooth. If there is any interest, a great cruise could be Hiway 83 south to Hiway 105 then west thru Monument and the road turns north back thru Sedelia, then back to Denver. Very pretty night now. Probably 75-90 miles or so round trip from Parker. Monument for lunch?

 

So whats the plan?!

It's early Saturday, anything firmed up? Time? Place?

Let's nail this down!

sorry guys i was gun hooo about doing a gtg this weekend but now im sick as a dog. lets plane a gtg for next weekend Saturday at 12pm at green tech auto body. the address is

Our get together at Wheat Ridge Lanes a couple weeks back, i wasnt feeling so hot so left early, and shortly after getting home was nasty sick.

as of now next week sounds good to me. keep me posted on it and ill try to be there.... Get that A ready and I'll sling some paint on it!

Anyone know if that swap meet in Brighton next Saturday will be worth
the time going? Says auto parts and toys, who knows what that'll turn
out like. Maybe a cruise over there and back?

I looked and I can’t get a lot of info on it. I don't think that the Old Car Council is handling this swap anymore, maybe someone else is?

I have the car all put away for winter, but I could dig it out for a meet & greet at the swap for sure!
