Well it goes like this...After work today, I went and picked up my long time loaned out wire-feed. The little welder fit just nice in the front seat, so I put the bottle and cart in the trunk of the FRESHLY PAINTED SHINY BLACK 51. Drove slow and easy all the way home, no problems. Got to the driveway and on the way in BANG. The bottle spun and whacked the inside of the upper quarter. Now there's a cracked asshole in front of my taillight. I'm bummed kinda, but at least I was drivin it.
Damn that sucks.... It must be a MO thing to use the hot rod as a truck... FlamedAbones loves to use his A to haul rearends, heads, and just about everything else.. instead of using his truck... about the only thing he hauls in the truck is the block because it will not fit thru the door....
Actually feel lucky, had you knocked the valve off you may have had worse damage than that. I'm bummed for ya still. Sorry.
