A 39-40 coupe has always been one of my dream cars. I’ve traded around and finally got my hands on one. Lots of cruising this summer and chassis upgrades planned for this winter! [IMG][IMG]

  9. I have a soft spot for 40's myself, I've owned several different body styles but the coupes have always been my favorite. Congratulations. HRP

Great catch. I just acquired a really nice 40 standard built several years ago. I have several upgrades planned for it also. Had to sell my avatar to buy it. First hot rod in 1970 was a 39 deluxe coupe and I've wanted a 40 standard for several years. I'll be following your upgrades to compare them to mine. Good luck.
