This one gets my vote, just plain BADASS!!!

 

I finally got my hands on a Hilborn Injector, I won the auction for one..it just took over two months for the guy to finally send it..but I did get it, so I cannot complain. I ruled out the blower get up...I think it is too cartoonish for the proportions of the car as it sits....I will either go w/ the port injection or [8] highly modified and violated 94 carbs.....Hell, I really do not know if I will ever find it in myself to finish this car.....I have the new 4130 tubing laying in the floor that just arrived..I will be bending up the new Drag Car soon.....Someone please make it stop !...........Littleman

I think I will look for slightly taller injector bell tubes or make some up.

Yes!! I've been wondering what's been going on with the DDS!

 

For some reason, I just can't get enough of DDS.

 

Awesome machine.

My vote (for what it's worth) would be to stay with the original version with the 6 or 8 carb set up with rear facing curved velocity stacks. The injection is cool but it's just too plain for this beast. Unless of course you add about 8" to the length. (Too much show rod ??)

Oh Yeah the injectors Rule!!!!!!! But it wouldnt be the same not seeing you tinker with the 94's at the track

 

I thought the blowers were too big too. I like the injection. I dont know if I'd even get longer tubes.

Just looking at Bob Tindel's Orange Crate again in the new Deuce book. This car's reminds me of that one from an engineering standpoint. Might give ya a little bump to finish it by looking at that car again. My best, JJ

The fuel injection looks great but I like the blower better. It just a cool car no matter how you look at it.

 

This car is so BAD-ASS that it is not even funny! Is there any video of this machine with the back tires ignited? Son Of A Humper!

 

Definitely like the injectors and I think I'd leave them the length they are now. It just looks hunkered down and nasty, like a bull dog laying at his dog house door waiting to take the mailman out.
