The other funny thing that keeps popping up is the YellowBelly issue. It was talked about in a preivious post that Dirty31 had on holding a nostalgia drags.

Its definately a cool old track that I can remember as a kid from back in the 60's. I grew up in that town. Use to be a roundy round track next to it and I think there still is.

I'm getting the ball KingHag gave me drilled today, turns out there is a bowling alley about 5 minutes from the new house and old dude is DESPERATE for clientelle sp?.

He is plugging, drilling and resurfacing that ball for $25.

He also has a ball for Tracy (easy now) that he is going to sell her and redrill/resurface, all for $10.

We may need to test the lanes one night and crash at Rancho de Rash.

On another note for the crew...

I saw another post about someone with a projector that was going to show AG on the side of his shop...

I think I can get two more cars in mine and the walls are fresh white.

We have a digi projector here at work.....

Is it really that bad?
I wonder if you can rent the strip and run 1/4 mile with slower cars.

I don't know, I just thought It'd be cool to race there because of the history of the track.

It was the palce to race for the kids in Dallas in the 50s and 60s.
And they had bands play there.
Ronnie Dawson Raced and played gigs there, Gene Vincent played there.

If it's too scary, it's too scary but it can't be worse than Good Guys.

You do have to admit though, with the new "no monkey butt powder" crazy Jerry gave me at P&amp;P, my ass hasen't come out near as much as it used to!! I swear it's not me. My ass just likes to come out and get some fresh air. What can I say.

Ya know..this Yellow Belly deal...Tulsa's got a brand new track...it's nice...something to think about!

Here's the strip broke in a little bit. This is after about a month of racing.
