Thanks. I'm glad that HE's okay...!!! Don't even wanna think about how bad that coulda been. Ugh.
glad you are ok.........very scary.................change of underoos ?......lol
first time for me ever to be on a track and a wreck happened in my race...was shaking after that. i was thinking how happy i was you smoked me out of the hole! Glad you are OK, also glad your truck didnt take too much of a beating! Cant wait till next year!
great pics john! really hated to see that truck get beat up like that.. it really had me thinking when i got to the line.
^^^^I know just what you mean. That shit can really get in your head. Not always a bad thing though. I had to learn my respect the hard way and got real lucky. Still love racing though!
Thanks, man. The truck is already repaired, aside from the need for '32 rear bumper... and should have a replacement for that on Sunday (thanks, Garry). I also got some expert advice which suggests that my rear coilover pre-load likely contributed to the hard right when I shifted, so I'll get that sorted out before the next race.
thanks dj for the pics, it was great having you and james with us , hope to see the t at the next race.
mr. Quick and the "mouse house mafia"
My pleasure Mr.Q! I have some new pulleys ordered and they just might be on the doorstep when I get home tonight. Hopefully next race we will have to put somebody else on camera duty and they can take MY pictures! HAHAHA! You know James and I always enjoy hanging out with you maniacs!
Hey, your get'n pretty good at that picture take'n thing.
Sorry about your mishap and im glad your okay .I was fixin to roll into the water box in that same lane behind you when your truck hit the wall.It looked pretty scarey from my view ,but im sure your view was more intense .I was kinda worried that you got into sum oil and was puckered when i went down the lane a few minutes later ...
Thanks Tim! I have gotten alot of practice lately.
P.s. How do you like my new avatar? HAHAHA! You did a pretty nice job yourself on that one!
Dj your the man great job....ps love your new avatar...
I think you should leave the racing to the wife!! She wins 100mph patchs and all you do is mess up her ride. Sorry I did not go this year, but glad you are OK Blake.
It dam sure looked like something was on the track by the way it looped so quick?
The Bangshift gallery is up now.
Thanks Rat Pup! Glad you enjoyed them.
Great pictures brother.....I can all most smell the rubber.
There was plenty of burnt rubber to be had that day Mark!
Great pics thanks man
Looked like a really fun day, thanks for putting them up, oj
Day of the Drags is always a good time! Glad you enjoyed the pics OJ.
Damn there were some killer hot rods there!
Sure was! Gonna be plenty more this weekend at Pistons and Paint. I'm going to get to show off the new and improved version of my T and about 13 more of the Gas House Gang will be there as well. Can't wait!
Here is a sneak peek
Thanks for all the pic's . I couldn't make it this year and was out of town. Seems I really missed some good old fashionheads up racing.I will plan on it on the next one for sure. Blake sorry to hear about the mishap but lucky the damage was confined to a small area. Carl and I headed to Austin this morning for the Strugglers event so possibly some of you will be there.

You ain't kiddin' there Mr. Grits and thank you! Looking forward to catching up with you man.
