  4. Was out driving this great tub today, what a pleasure to roll around town in style, going again tomorrow this is my current 40's sled, so glad they are back in style! I made the hood peak last 7" open the original hood latch. Thanks to Richard Ruth for making the latch assy from my Drawing, it works perfect! Thanks Rik Hoving for the picture. Thanks to Lirones Mototsports for getting it running great and North Hollywood Upholstery for doing the outside of my Carson top.

  7. The Nash and A tubs look great, thanks for posting them Ken and Al
This Nash is killing me they look so much like a 40 ford custom. My best friend in Jr High's Mom had one we were trying to get it to be a Ford, stole some of his Moms' vaccum cleaner stainless pipe and made side exhausts out of it. This red car above has brought all those memories back. Any more pictures of it?

I bought some sedan convertible parts from the owner of this car a few years ago.It was built from a 39 sedan convertible and still is, just highly modified.. I bought the windows and top irons from this car.

Without a doubt one of the best bodymen ever, I don't think I'm far off the mark in saying that Bertolucci was about 18 years old when he did this top...And it's a Lift-Off! (Check closely for the seam.)

  19. Yes, that's Bonneville and an early shot of the Merc before the taillights were moved up to the fenders and the exhaust was routed through the bumper.

  20. 32 Ford from the 50's with full moons like I still run on my cars, full teanu cover, chopped windshield, small headlights and whitewalls. Great look.

  21. Kinda cool kinda mixed up 36 Ford tub. Might have (probably) started out as a 2 dr sedan, 40 gas filler door, removed running boards and reshaped fenders, in trouble top with a good back window. Dig the one Left hand tail light on the trunk area which was legal but barely. Over all pretty slippery custom from the 40's/50's

Here's another (sort of). The same Flyin' Brick II, but in her previous (#I) configuration during the 2012 racing season.

Potential! I like the ride height. I am sure the owner is loving it the way it is now. Hey it's right hand drive.... Is it an Australian car?
