Custom Shifter Knobs

I did a search both here and on the World Wide Web, and couldn't find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find a 4-Speed shifter knob similar to the one below. Any help would be appreciated...

It's almost like people are scared of it. Isn't it? Too much work maybe?

 

Why would they when someone else will do it for them.

 

I want to thank you guys. I have BING and I did do a search. These guys never came up. I've been here long enough to do a search first. But we don't all get the same results.
