Does anyone happen to know where I can get tires for these wheels? They came off of a wagon, but any tires would work. I have checked Speedway, they have the right diameter commonly used for pedal cars, but the widths seem to be too small. The width of my wheels are 1 1/4" most of the pedal car wheels are 5/8" wide. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks in advance. Try northern tools. They have a good selection of tires and wheels.

Thanks for the idea, but I actually have figured it out. Gonna use some extra wheels I have and just take the tires off of them. Thanks again!

Been working on this trying to get it done for good guys Des Moines next weekend. Pretty quick job I added a PVC handle and some paint. Still wand to make a legit pedal car but most are to spensive or hard to find.

It's just a little tikes car painted to match my wife's Nash Metropolitan

I figured you probably made them somehow. I was hoping to find something to fit right up but I'm striking out. Looks like I'll have to do something as you did.

Looks cool. I got my pedal car body by posting an ad on Craigslist and a guy from out by Chicago got in touch with me and he had 7 bodies in late April. I got mine for $65. Just some small dents to work out. Are you taking the Nash? If so I'll keep an eye out for it. I'll have my 69 GMC there. Its lettered Riverbend Speed Shop.

It's a nice day to wash the firetruck, even if it is a lowly, un-modified reproduction.

Here's some shots of the Lil push car Tony built for his grandson Spencer T. Along the way I was able to help with the build.
Spencer T loves it. Yes it is way to low and it bottoms out , but hey it is one cool ride.
The front wheels steer by turning the push handle and there is suspension on the front axle.

Spencer T's lil brother Jude fits in it pretty well too.
