We're selling our custom 1962 Ford F100 Unibody truck. The truck was the cover vehicle in the October 2014 issue of Classic Trucks magazine. The truck features a very unique original patina finish. It's not a fake finish, it's the real deal! The truck is body dropped onto a 1996 Buick Roadmaster sedan. The truck retains Buick features and controls from the firewall down including power steering, cruise control, ABS, climate control with AC and more. Most important is the Roadmaster's insanely reliable LT-1 drivetrain and suspension! With parts readily available at any auto parts store, this is the perfect daily driver custom vehicle. Conversion work was professionally completed by Drew Brothers Customs in Chandler, AZ. The truck also features a full custom MB Quart stereo system and was featured in the MB Quart booth at SEMA in 2014. The stereo includes a source unit mounted near the seat with a pair of 6.5" coaxials in the front doors. There's a period correct Coleman cooler in the bed that has a battery powered audio system hidden inside. It charges off the alternator while you drive then disconnects and becomes portable. The interior was tastefully refinished in custom leather by Auto Spa in Chandler. Refinish work includes a reformed and reupholstered folding bench seat and matching headliner and visors. The dash was shaved and the interior was repainted in the original factory red paint. It's all finished with several layers of sound deadener and new carpet. All interior hardware and glass were replaced with new parts as well. With the Roadmaster floor and relocated gas tank, a full size Human can comfortably drive the truck. Mechanically, all fluids have been flushed and replaced, wheel bearings have been replaced and brakes are new. The truck runs and drives great. We've put over 20,000 miles on it since we built it and it's never let us down. We're willing to look at partial trades but would ask for at least $25,000 plus your trade.
