I am building a 31 Roadster now and have been working on it for a little over a year. Will post pics soon. It was a right hand drive car from Uruguay and has been to hell and back. Not an A but my dad is building a 34 Roadster right next to mine. Looks like some old hot rod shop in the garage.

I'm in on the A action also. I have a pile of rust that may resemble a 30-31 coupe one day. I've been buying the patch panels etc. to get the body repaired over the winter. This will be a traditional built hot rod, you know, as little money as posible.

Yes the Model A is alive and well! I have been working on my 31 Coupe and 29 RPU since 1998.
Everything has took much longer than I thought it would(not alot of money to spend, hence having to do it myself and making the most with the parts I have).
Things have come alot easier since finding the HAMB (information rules!).
My 29 was first on the road last year (learned alot!), That FIRST ride is so cool! (its worth it, hang in there!)
Its trucks been trouble free so far(9,768 miles).
The 31 was a rust bucket that should have been left on the creek bank where I bought it but...... I had to have it! I wanted it BAD! (and I got it! oh yeah I got it alright.)
I'm in the mounting radiator/grille and headlight stand stage now.
I'll post some pics now. Much thanks to the HAMB and Magneto little books!

I've got this late '31 coupe I've been building for what is starting to seem like a lifetime. I'm starting to feel like this car is becoming my "War and Peace".........oh well, F*** it, I'll drive it one day!!!

Here's the beginning of mine. '28-'29. Probably a SBC 4 spd, but I do have a 331 hemi too. I think I want to keep that for the next one, preferably a roadster.

Here's the way mine looks today. Still the same as it has been for too long. Progress this winter though, for sure.
