who's going to cruisin the coast in mississippi? what are you bringing?

 

Thinking about going with my 62 wagon. Is it worth going to?

 

One of the best shows in the South! I'll either take the '56 Sunliner or '49 Merc, but it's definitely one to go to.

 

I'll be there,hopefully in the ranchero,hope to see a few hambers there.

I can't believe it's been exactly 10 years since I've been. I've got to get back down there one of these days cuz I had such a great time.

 

Stu, how about explaining how Cruisin the Coast operates. Right now I'm not sure where to head to.

 

Its a good show and a good time but after the hurricane wiped out the towns we layed out a year and when they rebuilt motels and food establishments they raised the prices way out of our reach and we went else where. The way it use to be was all the fun you could handle and all the cars you could possibly look at. We will keep an eye out and hope we can make it over there again and see some of our old friends.

 

You owe it to yourself to go. More fun than you will ever have with your.........car.

 

My axles don't look to be done in time so I may be in the 92 Dodge truck just lookin.
What streets are by the "Quarter bar"

 

It's a great event. I'll be there in my '33 Ford Pick-up.

Judd-the quarter is at 2504 13th street--downtown gulfport right by the half shell oyster house. www.thequarterbar.com

Gman0046--the main site is at the old VA Hospital Site on Hwy 90 2 miles East of Jones Park
once you get signed up,you get a card which you go to four other check points to get stamp--sorta like a poker run, on sunday--you turn your card in and you have a chance to win $$$
the four other stops are spread out from ocean springs to bay st.louis--basically 26 miles so you see a bunch of cars going up and down the beach.there's also a auction and swap meet(which sucks) and usally all the casino have special deals going on. and of course my art show I putting on

Gman--hows the room search going?

 

We went to every one but the first one and then the hurricane happened. I wanted to go again after the hurricane but the room prices had increased by 4X if you could find one.

 

My girlfriend and I will be there.

 

I'm goin. This will be my first time @ CTC. Taking the '48 convertible. I hear the T-shirts this year will be kick ass.
