No shit? Well dang, bro, I just pulled the truck in the garage to do a bunch of stuff to it. Guess I'll put the fenders back on, weld on some mufflers and do the stuff I had planned later. I'll let the guys know, too.

On second thought, I think I'll just skip the mufflers. Love driving through those canyons!

 

gassersgarage & anyone who was planning on meeting us at denny's @ 7am. Realistically I think it's going to be pouring rain at 7am. Accuweather says rain till 10am, then off and on. So please don't be pissed if we aren't there at that time. I'm going to try and wait till the rain stops, then go! I already bought socks from Costco for the Veterans! So I plan on going!! ...Thanks

It ain't raining just a couple of sprinkles. Righ now he sun is shining. You sallys but come out. There are 20 plus cars. Some from as far away as Oregon and some crazy ass dude rolled out from Bakersfield in abucket with no windows.

Badbob you better come out or we are sending Alex over to the OC to kick your butt.

 

Let Torrance about 9:30. Rained off and on up the 405 but we arrived....

 

It was really wet, but had a good time. I drove my T roadster from Bako in the pouring rain throught the grapevine, but it wasnt as bad as it sounds. It was my T's first real trip, and besides running a little hot and havng to stop to let it cool down, it did great. I was flying right up the hill going 70, couldent help but think of the song "Hot Rod Lincoln".

 

due to the bad weather alot of people did not make it to todays event me included.

ERIK and ME decided to get together at brand park (the mission) tomorrow starting @ 10am.

My wife and I were behind you as we were leaving. Then it started to pour. My wife thought you lived in Castaic since it was an open car. At dinner, I told her you guys came from Bakersfield. She laughed soooooo hard, she had tears................You guys are hard core.

Thankyou to Los Boulevardos for putting on a cool cruise, even in the rain. While hanging out I took a few small video clips and pics, had a great time.

 

The Cat Killers are a class act. thanks for hanging out and congrats on the raffle stuff...look forward to hanging out again.

Yeah it rained, yeah it was cold, yeah not that many people showed (wussies) but you know what...we had friggin a lot of fun, we feed everyone, we saw old friends and met new ones, and most of all we raised some $$$ and got some donations for the VA hospital. keep your eyes peeled cause when we go to the VA to drop this stuff off it will be another car show....
