Projects Crosley (KAMICROSLEY) drag car build

Looks like you're gonna need a small guy! I'm available and I don't require much maintenance. Love this thing!!

 

I'm terrible at doing updates and all that stuff but here is a few updates on the kamicrosley. Got al THREE pedals in and got the chassis painted. Now it's time to throw it together for meltdown drags!

 

UPDATES!!!!! PLEEEEEEEASE!!!!

 

I still see the front spring mounting at the same angle [caster] as the axle? Any movement which is generated from the radius rod pivot point will try to bend spring for and aft..Spring should be mounted at same angle [I.E. perpendicular to] the radiuos rods for non binding movement..

 

Is this the same car?

 

Yes it is the same car...

I was sitting in the last section of bleachers on Saturday bight and watched the car go down the track. Man you have to have some serious Testicular Fortitude to drive that psychotic beast

The other night when I saw it run it looked like all four wheels would come off of the ground every time you shifted

 

What speed did they certify the chassis for?

 

My dad built the engine and drove this one

Looks like the funny cars stole some of these ideas. That thing is Awesome!

 

Would love to see it "fully dressed"( with front fenders & hood). Maybe even a video of the run (Inside & outside view) 4 speed?! WOW!!!

Soooo...I guess the concern about the front axle/radius rods and my concern about the 2 by square tubing section (the kick up part) was needless?!
