Last week I went to the local vintage collection yard and picked up some wheels from a 60' merc. All I was gonna do was have em powdercoated at work and mount up the old bias plies. Saturday I'm lookin on C.L. and there is 4 BFG silvertown for sale so I jumped on them and got for a real good price. Man they ride nice. I figured I show before and after pics for ride height to. Pic with the hubcaps on, had 2"lowering blocks in back and 1.25" bogey blocks in front. New pics are aerostar springs in front no blocks, and 3"blocks in rear with 2 leaves removed. I got those tail lights from Gene Winfield at Autorama few years ago.

Thanks,I could'nt believe the listing when I saw it. I had just gotten the rims a week earlier and ordered spider caps from a HAMB vendor.

Bogey blocks are lowering blocks that go between lower A-arm and lower spring cup.I think early 50 fords are the only cars you can do that to.
