I probably posted this before. Are all the new Cragar SS 15” wheels available for sale right now the newer flat spoke style, or can you get the original rounded spokes? Their marketing photos are conflicting.

I used to get them rusted, sand blast them, then get them painted at the body shop silver/grey. I think they looked even better painted...

I used to watch Jenkins, Nickelson and others beat the living hell out of those wheels slamming all kinds of torque and horsepower against them and they always stayed together.. One time I was looking at Grumpy's Nova and was shocked to see Cragar SS wheels with unilugs!!!!

I would like to know the age of the members who don’t like them on anything. If you are of a certain age, they are the ultimate. Those that don’t like them must be younger than sixty.

61 here and I'd rather have AR 5-spoke Torq-Thrust mags....

I'm 64 and dig them. But would only buy the Sparklers.

As far as new wheels go ET is still going strong. I saw four brand new E-T Vintage Five wheels. The quality was astounding! They looked like they were from the sixties.. The guy who bought them said they needed no balance weights.. We have a shop here that spins the tire and takes off rubber to get the tire and wheel as balanced as possible. The tech said those are some of the best wheels I have ever had on this machine..

That’s a damn shame. Maybe I should buy a set of those ETs, and put Cragar caps on for a joke?

I'm 65, and I've never liked them, they look cheesy to me. I like American 5 spoke however, but only on the right car.

I'm 52 and I love them. I've had quite a few sets over the years. Those and the keystone classics are my favorites.

I always figured they were good cruising for chicks material, sparkly and all in the night lights. Seemed to work for me, or maybe it was my incredibly good looks. Probably the Cragars.
