    Complete gut reaction here.

I really dig most of your gas caps, those dash panels are cool, but the knock off cap looks too "stacked" to me. (of course this is all subjective)

But the rear spring hanger and what I think is a split wishbone mount if I'm seeing it correctly?... scare the shit out of me. No cast aluminum steering or suspension parts for me, thanks.

  5. Like those beefy lookin rear spring hanger brackets.

  6. How many indentations around the edge are there in that cap? and the diameter?

  7. I agree with Kevin. I would not make those parts to sell if I were you. The liability would not be worth it. The first one that breaks and sends someone into the ditch and your done. The panels look good as well

The alloy that we used for the casting is A-356 aluminum and is as strong as it gets for aluminum casting.

  10. Very nice quality castings! The dash panels look very nice and I'd be interested in the one in the second row, far right. The hubcaps look very good but a little busy on wire wheels though. I'd still like to have the style with the knock off built into the stock domed cap that were done originally by Karl Orr back in the 50's on his wife Vida's roadster (if my memory is right!). The fuel filler cap is a work of art, I'd want one of those too. Beautiful radiator caps too. I agree with the comments about suspension parts though. Great work and my comments are meant to be constructive only because there's no way I could do what you've done here with molten aluminum. Your quality of casting looks perfect. Damn nice stuff!

Lots of suspension, steering and frame componets on all new vehicles are low pressure die cast.Saves weight and cost.I dont think you could get liabilty inssurance to sell these if they were not tested in some way.Burl
