Hot Rods crab dist. coils and condensor updates

Has anyone ever updated the crab style distributors to 12 volts? What coil and condenser did you use and any other changes to make the conversion? I would like to change my 42 Mercury to 12 volts to run on an engine stand.

 

I had mine converted to Pertronix by Bubba's Hot Rod Shop in Indianapolis. It works great. He has coils too. He is an alliance vendor.
