Found this old station yesterday while out cruising around. It was really neat.

I know Leonard, He's got a neet collection of cars. The city owns the station and he keeps it up. I can't begin to tell you the cool factor his garage has!

There were two original Model T cars in there that were super nice. Also there was just about all kinds of old hood ornaments and different kinds of parts, it was just too cool.

Rodney I like the top photo best of all. The 650 in one day sounds astounding but I know it is possible. You can easily get behind the wheel and get lost in enjoying the open road

I started about 6 in the morning and did not get home until around 8 that night. It was great. The old truck ran out great and averaged about 21 mpg.

That is actually how the globes were back in the 40's-50's. Most all stations turned then that way.

Nice pics Don. We need to get both of us there one evening so we can catch it when its closed and there are no cars in the parking lot. If you check out the city's website they have some pics of other cars that have visited before. Pretty cool.

Maybe one Saturday next month we can meet down there late around 5pm or so. It took me about 1:15 to get back running the interstate.
