    i had it repainted due to some cracking in a few areas. i got it back on friday and spent the weekend putting it back together. i thought that i would share.

    Did you paint your bumpers or is that a coating (or chrome?!)? I really like that look. How do I get it? (Shameless copying in progress!!)

    the bumpers are painted. the reason being is that i had them smoothed and the bolts put on the inside but they came out real wavy in the end. my dad had told me that i was going to spend a lot of $$ in copper to fill in all the waves before they get to the nickel. so i had them bondoed up and painted silver to kinda give it the chrome look for the time being until i can find new ones.
