could someone photoshop this for me please?

we are getting ready to choose colors for my wifes pilothouse truck. the truck pictured below is the same style, but it would really help if she could see it in the right color,4 inch chop and lowered. The silver would be replaced with cream and the blue would be replaced with red. Is anyone up for the challenge? I would really appreciate it. Bud
