Currently rebuilding a small-journal 327. Replaced pushrods with Liberty chromoly .080 pushrods. They came out of the package sticky like a new (old) rifle. Had to clean each one and blow through it before installing. Old memories new parts. Didn’t think people still used it. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Some of the instruments I install come with a coating of it on the low grade stainless parts... hit it with some WD40 and it wipes right off.
