Doug I am trying believe me. I would like to get some paint on the chassis and body before the snow flies and then do some assembly over the winter. I planned on getting more done this summer on the car and I have not really taken many days off but life and work on this ranch or whatever you want to call it has thrown a monkey wrench in the works. Just cutting my lawn and pastures every 4 or 5 days and the honey-do's has eaten up a bit of my time (7 hours each time)-such is life. Had normal maintenance on the Vettes and a few car shows took some priority I suppose. The chassis is close to paint and I am working on the body but I am going with black nitrocellulose on the body and I want it to be pretty flat. Off to try and find the maroon paint for the chassis tomorrow. Just doing that has been a PIA. I went to two paint stores a month or so ago to look at paint chips and they would not let anyone in due to Covid. Went to a paint store today and ate up half a day only to find out their paint chip books are in storage as no one really uses them anymore. They had a couple but mostly with metallics and I want single stage maroon. I plan on going to two paint stores tomorrow and I would bet it will eat the better part of the day. Fingers crossed.

Apparently the 60 year old driver was charged with having an unsafe vehicle, careless and reckless driving and making an unsafe lane change according to the Fairfield NJ Police facebook page.

With theJag in the back, coveralls, B513 plate on the grille and what looks like Pirelli front tires, could this be set in Britain ? Cool picture.

Those front tires are Michelin X’s. Edit “smiley face did not post!”

Love the black 62. Why would anyone want a car with hubcaps and correct numbers.

Does having "different wheels than stock" make it ok to post?

LB I'm just saying that a hot rodded one looks so much cooler than a stock looking one IMO.
