Here's the same 57 from the other end, the little guy is me.

 

Gave mine a bath before my wife and I went out for a cruise.

 

That is cool found that on a site that just has old photos on it with no info. This is why I enjoy posting, posting something that brings back memories for our members.

 

I've put a lot of old pics on line, i love to see them re-posted.

I think Enloe has been fibbing, I've yet to see him cruising around here!

 

Those wheels/tires really work on that car.

 

It took so long to get it back on the road I use it quite a bit.

That’s a long way to come. Maybe after my wife and I retire.

Thanks, I like them because I am usually the only one with them when we go someplace.

 

Come to think of it we haven’t seen him around here either! Lol

When we retire we are planning on on taking the wagon on a big road trip. We will go wherever the wind blows us.

31hotrodguy, that was a great car to watch. This picture with it in B/Gas was 1968 at Tri City and that is Teddy Boschma behind the wheel. He was over 6' (maybe by a couple of inches) and it was fun to see him get behind the wheel. Car was orange in color and he ran a 427, MSP in 66 and 67 and Gas in 68 and C/A in 69 when he won the Winternationals with the car. I think his nephew is still looking for the car-I have had a picture of it over my desk for over 10 years-good memories.

Scotty the gold Vette was at the Glory Days event and the guys looked like they were having fun with the car. Car looked and sounded pretty good.
