Corsairs Car Club Omaha Nebraska. Any info?

My dad found this Corsairs car club plaque at a sale, and was wondering if anyone had any information on the club. Any help is appreciated.

All I can tell you is that it was made by Chicago MetalCraft some time in the 1950/60's , that they ordered plaques more than once and that I have the original pattern.
