Technical Copra Drab Colonial Grain colored upholstry material

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by alumcantandthd, Mar 7, 2025.

  1. Would ANY of you fine people know where I can get some "Copra Drab Colonial Grain" colored Leather, Faux Leather, Marine Vinyl, or any automotive vinyl, leatherette upholstry material, please?

It was the factory colored upholstry material used on the new early '30's Ford open cars. Ugly color. Looks like someone had spilled some medium brown paint on a Olive Drab Green Military Vehicle and then tried to wipe it off with a burlap bag. Depending on the light, is also looks like someone tried to cover up a 2 day old pile of Coon Dog shit with some leftover Olive Drab Green paint. It looks blackish, brownish, and greenish all at the same time.

On page 14-2 of David Rohar's '32 Ford Books shows a couple of pictures of the material.

    Thanks.
