    Sorry I never got back on the pan and never came back to your thread until today; but I see you figured out how to use it.
    I really like how you used the rear head water port to heat the intake feeding back to the thermostat housing; my sons engine with Howard intake using 3 Holley 2 barrels has no heat. Did you cast your own hot water heat exchangers?

    When I posted the first video it had my original manifold that I had cast. I cast two heat exchangers that bolted to the bottom of the manifold. I had some porosity issues and made a new manifold similar to the first one but without heat. It takes a few minutes to warm up and run good but it seems to be ok in the warmer weather. I am working on patterns to cast a more modern style manifold like Offy with integral heat in the bottom. I also want to bring the carbs down a little lower so I can run some kind of hood. The carbs may still stick out a bit but won't be so high.
