This was probably taken in the 30's. Wife found it in the bottom of a drawer & asked what the car was.

Pretty cool pic! It's her grandmother.

  10. Amazing...it takes a guy from 1/2 way around the world to correctly ID a '28-'29 Model A. Thanks Robin.

That pic is taken in Alhambra, Ca. Car has California plates. Back says it was taken in the late 30's. Car was bought in Missouri.
Her grandfather had lots of cars. Wife has more pics, just got to find the box. Cool it has the notes on the back.

Found a pic w/ a search- pretty damn close. Good job on the ID.
Wish it was a before & after & sitting in my garage.

Cool picture, I have one of my Great Aunt who was a LT. Commander in the Navy in world war two.
I know about the cool picture thread but these seemed to go together.

Wow, Robin, registered since 2004 and uses only his 2nd post ever to ID that car! :) Man of very few, but wise words.

Yea & from the pic I posted, I originally thought it was a Cabriolet. Now I can see the tops of the door I didn't notice before.
Makes you wonder where it is now.
