    an older friend of mine give me some pics from his "hot rod days" didnt really remember much info on the cars, pics were taken in the early to mid 60's around the 13th street and layton ave area in milwaukee. thought it would be cool to share them with everyone.:D

    he couldnt remember what year the black chevy coupe was, 31-32 maybe? motor was a 348 with tri-power. The roadster looks like it could have been a 30/31 model a coupe with the top cut off...? doors are welded shut, the last pic of it looks to me more of a done product it has full upholstery. the pic of the 5 guys standing around and of the chevy coupe are at a cool angle it almost looks like it could have been taken from a roof looking down at them

    Is the gold roadster a fiberglass body? Just looking at the passenger door...

    i think your looking at a seam where the doors have been welded shut.

  14. Very cool pics! Thanks for posting them. The black Chevy is a '32... that white coupe is a '31 Chevy.

    anyone notice the angle iron generator brackets on the 348? i kinda thought that was funny
