Hot Rods Converting a Sedan to a Roadster?

I'm sure someone on here can tell what I need to know I just purchased a late 30 early 31 model a two door sedan.I was just offered a roadster body not sure of year(1928-31) need to know how much difference there is in frames and what would need to be done to make this fit.My plan is to run an 8ba flathead in it .any issues with clearances?

I believe As used the same frame for all passenger cars.

 

cars and pick ups used basicly the same frame 28-31...minor changes through the years...
