Conversations

Hi, someone sent me a PM to inquire about a part I have for sale. I don't know why but, I can't reply back. There is no reply box under his message. What gives?

Also, In my old conversations, the reply box is there . Just not there in my new message sent to me.

 

Same thing has happened to me in the past, it seemed in my case they had omitted checking the box to receive conversations. HRP
