This photo is captioned as the Mackey and Veselka Bantam in an old post on the DCIM thread but I don't think that it is as their car never ran spoke front wheels and was actually often run as a dragster with the driver low over the rear end.

I thought that this may have been an early version of the Leffler and Loukas car but it appears that they always had the doors cut for a narrower rear track than this car.
