Is there a place to learn more about Stewart Warner gauges like how to identify models, age, etc? I found a perfect old oil gauge and would like to find others to match. I tell myself at every swap meet I'm not buying another gauge by itself, but this one I could not pass up for $1.
My dad collected them forever and I had to get sharp on them after he passed away. This site is obviously a great place, search the archives. The dirty word eeeebay is where I learned the most. Some guys on there make what looks like a living with just vintage gauges. The ones with the curved glass lenses are factory defects, just send all those to me and I will trade them for flat glass models. -Haha
