Does Cole have a website where I can check out some of his work? I really liked his work on this episode and would like to see some of the other stuff he's done.

i love cole's work, but didnt he say in mad fabricators one that he couldnt believe bike builders are wasting their time with stuff like the spider bike? made it out to me like he didnt want anything to do with the discovery channel OR the whole pop culture that bikes have been getting..or maybe i just completely misunderstood what he said and have no idea what i'm talking about..either one could apply here :D

Well you know I once said I'd never suck man-boob for a quart of Colt 45, but I did.

    So what's your point?

    Are you jealous?

Everyone puts Cole up there with God almighty and puts down all the other big money builders. Let's face it,he's as much about the "money" and "TV" as every other builder, and every other successful business man,for that matter. The only difference is "satin paint" as opposed to "shiney paint". Do you think he works at discounted prices? Why do you think he put the guitar holder in the trunk of the Metallica '36? $$$$$$, that's why.Money talks and bullshit walks with every top builder, including Cole....Before you start bashing me, I really like his ideas and workmanship, I'm just stating the facts.

So women's boobs produce milk, and man-boobs produce Colt 45?

It's a good thing they don't produce Bushmills whiskey. Because I'd get me one of those breast pumps and I'd probably never leave the house again.

FACT- I got paid Zero for show. I live at my shop. I have worked on 36 for free for last 3 months. I have a hot girlfriend.

Glamour LOL , Mad fab - I stated that most builders in the USA suck ,that I was bummed about that issue and talked about the Jap's ruling us with our own Iron. Not a word about TV except how OCC is embarasing / theme bikes ect.....

I wouldnt have even commented except for the you used the word "FACT"

and I wanted to correct you, cause you dont even have one FACT right.

Passion fuels me ,not money, sorry, no big deal xoxox CF

  19. Thanks for the heads up. It was a good show with two very cool, and very different bikes. Nice to see a few shots of the 36.

    Cole LIVES the life man.

He's the fuckin rockstar of custom fabrication.

You can start bitching when he has action figures of himself at walmart and his own cologne and brand toothbrushes.

I have never met Cole but he seems to be a pretty down to earth guy with exceptional talents. I know when it comes to making a living you do what you have to do. I am sure there are some projects he doesn't like everything the customer wants to do but he does it . I don't know that for a fact just saying I don't blame a guy for making a good living using his godgiven talents , TV shows or not! :D

You stated that you do not get paid for the discovery series, do you at least get a certain dollar amount for parts and paint, or does that all have to come out of your pocket?

Discovery pays Zero to builders, builder pays for parts or if he can get companies to help out, CCI and BMC, JP cycles helped me.

I had to pay the guys that work for me too.
Take two weeks off with no dollars coming in the shop all going out.

Selling bike would take care of most expenses , I havent sold mine yet.

whats a hour long TV comercial worth? more then I could ever afford.

Would I do it again? Yeah

I would do it a little diffirent now that I went through it once.

Disvcovery paid for Hotels for trip to san diego.
