    Hey everybody!
Working on a 53' Chevy Belair.
Took out the original inline 6, and dropped in a SBC 350. I wanted to run the same transmission- hydraulic 3 speed manual.
Installed a new clutch, master cyl, and throw out bearing.
I can't get pressure to the clutch to engage.
Bleed the clutch line, Tripled check everything.
Any advice or things to look for?

That little 53 trans will blow in about 10 seconds. How did you adapt it or are you using a Truck trans?

Anyway are you using a hydraulic TO bearing? If you are it’s not like brakes. Put the bleeder hose in a cup of fluid with the end open and pump the pedal. Then close the bleeder on the end of the hose. It will then work. It needs to suck and blow to fill it. The top hose on the TO bearing is the bleeder.
If your using a slave cylinder it’s the same as brakes.
