When you are finished, put a good inline filter on your car where it can be easily replaced at night, in the rain with good clothes. Keep two spares with you at all times.
And to add to that make sure you have a screw or nut driver with the filters. I had to spend 4 bucks on a cheap screwdriver even though I had two filters in the glove box..... Just happened last thursday night....
