Anyone know of a good matching paint for the late 50's early 60' Chrysler engine gold. My best luck so far has been the touch up spray cans at the "I dont know anything about cars auto parts stores". The problem is I dont have anything with me to match the color.

  2. Duplicolor. Ace hardware or any number of other places that sell rattle can paint.

Or take the air cleaner to a good paint supply and have them match it.

    Send a note to StillOutThere.

He writes a restoration manual for these cars and has a list of suppliers.

I found some exact match paint at ACE but its for lamps or indoor furnature. Dont think it will stand up to oil and heat like a other paints. 73RR I should order that paint and be done with it. I was hoping that a certain car had a good match and I could go pick up some touch up paint locally.

This is Oldsmobile gold engine paint from Eastwwood. Worked on a Buick so should on a Chrysler.
