I can't see it either, but most likely a full wrap. There are a couple of late models in town with full chrome wrap.
take a look at post #9173 on the "Lets Talk Cyclecars" thread. I can't say if it is really chrome or not.It is a nice finish though.

I can't see the pic but a good friend owned the East Coast Morgan dealership and they had a polished aluminum one with a BMW V8 in it. It could really give you a ride.
