Chrome bullet lug nuts w/reverse threads?

OK so maybe this should be posted elsewhere but its not really a WTB per say. I have a 1949 Olds and i want to put some chrome bullet lugs on it. I can find plenty of places to get a set but the rear nuts are reverse thread as most of you already know and all the ones i am finding are standard thread.

Can some one help point me in the right direction to a site that may carry a set with reverse threads for the rear?

 

I saw some at my local Pep Boys a few days ago.
