  5. Picture 3721.jpg It was an early Dodge Brothers. A friend of mine (Duayne Ludke) owns one of the DBs that was in that movie....

    Love the movie a wonderful life so was very excited to travel from the UK to the NB Center in Pennsylvania and see Ernie's Taxi from the film in the metal! I work for a model car company and we have just finished building these 1:43rd scale models .... the white as was in the film, and the yellow as is now.... had to get a sit in the car too

  15. Not sure if this was even a Christmas story or not;the IMDB has no story line on it and there are no pictures on the site. The movie in question was an episode o Ford Television Theatre aired in June of 1956 called," Mr. Kagle and the Babysitter" featuring Charles Coburn driving Norm Grabowski's T before the addition of flames and the like.

    The Bishop's Wife is tied with A Christmas Story as my all time favourites!

    My favorite scene, this and the lug nut scene,and the "special award" scene and the little brother in all the layers...... and...................

    Looks like a 80's Olds Calais or Chevy Celebrity or Buick - they basically were all the same platform......

    I wonder what happened to the woodie from the "Holiday Inn". They ran it into the pond in 2 separate scenes. They were just old cars back then.
