I chopped the top on my 54 Chevy tudor sedan years ago 4 1/2 inches.Looks like you going about it the same way i did.I chopped the front (A and B pillars) first and then made the rear window or "C" pillar fit the rest.Nothing like being asked "who chopped your top" and being able to say " i did "...

The feeling you get by doing your own chop.
    Love it.

I chopped my Lincoln a few weeks ago.

Cool 53! keep the progress posted.

  19. Nothing new but still it takes skill to chop a round body. Its nothing like chopping a '27 Coupe.

It'll be worth the effort when it is done. New to everyone else or not.

Lookin' good Chevyben. Who cares if it's been done before. It's never been done by YOU before. Looks like it'll turn out neat.
